All listed prices are in Singapore dollars and include the prevailing Goods and Services Tax where applicable. Course fees are clearly displayed at the point of enrolment. Additional charges may apply for printed materials, certification exams or extended access periods. These extras are itemised before payment is confirmed. Prices may be adjusted from time to time; any change will not affect bookings already confirmed.

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayNow, internet banking transfers and selected e-wallets. Payment is processed through secure third-party gateways that comply with Singapore’s payment regulations. Authorisation occurs at the time of booking. A binding contract is formed when you receive an email confirmation after successful payment. The confirmation summarises the course details, schedule, access instructions and total amount paid. Until this confirmation is sent, no contract exists and any amount held is treated as an authorisation only.

Participants may cancel an enrolment up to fourteen days after the confirmation email is received, provided the course has not yet commenced. For live sessions, cancellation must be made at least seven days before the scheduled start date. Digital materials downloaded or accessed before cancellation may reduce the refund amount. No cancellation is permitted once a course has started or after the fourteen-day cooling-off period expires.

Refund Eligibility, Exclusions and Non-Refundable Items or Services

Refunds are available only for cancellations made within the permitted periods and where no substantial content has been accessed. Non-refundable items include customised certificates, printed workbooks already dispatched, and any promotional bundles marked as non-refundable at purchase. Partial refunds may be granted for multi-module programmes if only certain modules remain unaccessed.

Upon receipt of a complete request, celebbuzra will review eligibility within five business days. You will receive written notification of approval or rejection together with an explanation if the request is declined. Approved refunds proceed to processing; rejected requests may be appealed once with additional supporting information.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within seven to ten business days. Bank transfers and PayNow refunds are processed within five business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods or bank holidays. You will be notified by email when the refund has been initiated.

Special Rules for Digital Content, Subscriptions, Services or Promotional Offers

Digital course content and downloadable resources are considered consumed once accessed, limiting refund eligibility. Subscription-based access renews automatically unless cancelled at least seven days before the renewal date. Promotional offers and gift vouchers are non-refundable except where required by law. Early-bird pricing is non-transferable and non-refundable after the promotional window closes.

Failed Payments, Duplicate Charges, Chargebacks and Suspected Fraud

If a payment fails, you will be notified and given the opportunity to retry with another method. Duplicate charges are investigated immediately upon notification and corrected within five business days. Chargebacks or suspected fraudulent activity may result in immediate account suspension pending verification. We cooperate fully with banks and authorities in fraud investigations.
